Hi plant followers!
The third and last blog about the living room. Actually, we are not finished yet and there is so much to tell about plants in the living room! There are so many options to present your houseplants. It is also just nice to vary. Below we discuss a number of possible ways about how you can put your plants and where. The next three months will be about plants in the bathroom, we have written all kinds of nice things to inspire you.
In groups or alone
You can put plants with lots together. This quickly gives a jungle feeling. It seems super cool and it is also very nice to show your plant collection. It is nice to use all kinds of different colors and sizes of pots. Give the plant the space so that it comes into its own well and can grow undisturbed. The houseplants also can be placed separately from each other or placed as eye-catchers. Every plant is unique and the ornamental value of each plant is clearly visible.
High or low
There are enough nice places to put your houseplants. Make sure that it also has the right conditions for the houseplant. Plants can also stand on the floor. Keep in mind that the pot is watertight and that the leaf does not drip water, which can damage the floor.
Plants on a table are also cool. You can completely fill an old table or place a number of plants on the dining table. Just what suits your interior! You can place the plants according to the trend of the moment: Hanging! Hanging plants and airplants do well in the air, hanging from a shelf or on a tall cupboard. This way the leaves can hang freely and grow well. Hanging plants are a beautiful accessories in the room and there is plenty of choice of beautiful hanging plants that are suitable for this.
Somewhere in, somewhere on or hanging
You can put plants everywhere, but it is of course also the pot of the plant that makes it attractive . There are a lot of possibilities where you can put your new plant friend in. A nice place for your houseplant can be: on your bedside table, on your wardrobe, in your hall, on your desk or on the toilet 😉
Here are some examples of where you can put your houseplant in:
o In a basket
o In a planter
o In a terrarium
o In a plant stand
o In a macramé plant hanger
o In a wall rack
